All the Cheats?
I'm pretty sure this is all of them, but if you know of any more than what I have here feel free to contact me.
During gameplay press "CTRL+ALT+C" at the same time. When you press CTRL+ALT+C all you will hear is a sound, no text box will appear. Then type these cheat codes:
You can start at a specific level by opening the game with the DOS command prompt. Start the game by typing: dk2.exe -level on the command line, using one of the following level names:
